    1. Start the Pipedrive Connection

    1. In bont.ai, click Settings ⚙️ → Integrations.

    2. Navigate to CRM Settings.

    3. Click on the Pipedrive card to begin Pipedrive authentication.

    You’ll be redirected to Pipedrive’s OAuth page at oauth.pipedrive.com.

    1. Choose Your Account
      – If you belong to multiple Pipedrive companies, pick the one you want to connect.

    2. Enter Your Credentials
      – Log in with your Pipedrive email/username and password.

    3. Grant Scopes đź”’

    On the consent screen, you’ll see a list of OAuth scopes (permissions). Each controls access to different Pipedrive resources required by bont.

    4. Authorize bont.ai

    • Click “Authorize” (or “Allow”) to grant the selected permissions.

    • You’ll be sent back to bont.ai—look for the green toggle next to Pipedrive on your Integration page!
